I certify and acknowledge that I have received the statute of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (Chapter 269, available here) regarding the practice known as hazing. I understand that hazing is against the law in Massachusetts and is punishable by a fine of not more than $3,000 or by imprisonment in a house of corrections for not more than one year.
